I appreciate this review for noticing that the case is strongest here: "Whites cannot express their identity, history, and interests the way other groups can" and weakest regarding property ownership, representation on the Forbes 500 list, and representation in politics. But there is a category of white men who have genuine economic disadvantages: low-income white men. White trash white men. Low-status men of any race and ethnicity are kicked around and spurned (or used, exploited) by high-status men. This is the pain point. This is the group with the pain that fuels MAGA men, FOX News viewers, misogynist iincels, and racist commenters on social media.
